My otter looks sad. Did I do something wrong?

Not at all. Your otter’s needs drift down slowly over time. A snack, a nap, a bath, a little play or one of your tiny steps will cheer it up. It never gets sick or dies.

How do I earn pebbles?

Pebbles come from taking care of yourself: tiny steps, mood check-ins, breathing floats and evening stories. They can’t be bought.

How do I add a friend to my raft?

Open the Raft tab, share your six-character friend code, or type in a friend’s code and tap Add.

I got a new phone. Can I keep my otter?

Your otter and journal are stored on your phone. Moving them to a new phone isn’t supported yet; we’re working on it.

How do I turn off reminders?

Open your phone’s Settings, find Otti, and turn notifications off. You can turn them back on the same way.

How do I delete my data?
