Last updated October 20, 2026
Thanks for using Otti. By using the app or this website, you agree to these terms.
Otti is not medical care
Otti is a self-care companion for small daily habits. It is not a medical device or a substitute for professional diagnosis, treatment or emergency services. If you are in crisis, call or text 988 in the US and Canada, call your local emergency number, or visit findahelpline.com.
Who can use Otti
You must be at least 13 years old to use Otti. If you are under the age of majority where you live, please use Otti with a parent or guardian’s permission.
Being kind on the Raft
The Raft is for friends cheering each other on. Please don’t use Otti to harass anyone, impersonate others, spam, or try to break or misuse the service. We may remove access for anyone who does.
Pebbles, outfits and gifts
Pebbles, outfits, snacks and other in-app items are part of the experience. They have no cash value, can’t be exchanged for money, and may change as we improve Otti.
Your content and our content
Your journal belongs to you and stays on your phone. Otti’s name, otters, art, stories and software belong to us; please don’t copy or resell them.
The service may change
We’re a small team and Otti is evolving. We may add, change or remove features, and the service may occasionally be unavailable.
Disclaimers and liability
Otti is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of Otti. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can’t be waived.
Changes to these terms
If we update these terms, we’ll change the date above. Continuing to use Otti after an update means you accept the new terms.
